The Video Downloader Plus library gives you a place to store references to videos you’ve found while browsing. Instead of bookmarking a URL and hoping the video is still there when you return, you save the stream directly — with its thumbnail, title, and source page recorded at the moment of detection.Documentation Index

Saving videos
When Video Downloader Plus detects a stream, click Save in the popup to add it to your library. For each saved video, Video Downloader Plus stores:- Title — The video title extracted from the page or stream metadata
- Thumbnail — A preview image captured at the time of saving
- Source link — The original page URL so you can return to where the video lives
- Hash — A content fingerprint used to deduplicate saves, so the same video doesn’t appear twice even if saved from different sessions
Library limits
| Plan | Saved videos |
|---|---|
| Free | Up to 10 videos |
| Professional | Unlimited |
When a Free account reaches 10 saved videos, saving additional entries requires removing existing ones or upgrading to Professional.
