Billing dashboard
When you open the billing page, you will see:- Current plan — the plan name and its current status (Active, On Grace Period, Past Due)
- Next billing date — the exact date your subscription renews and charges your card
- Payment methods — saved cards with a clear indicator of which one is set as default
- Invoices — a full record of every charge with PDF download links
Change your plan
Upgrade to Professional
Open the billing dashboard
Go to vidow.io/billing and click Upgrade.
Pick a billing interval
Choose Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime. Current pricing for each option is shown inline.
Switch between monthly and yearly
To move between billing intervals, open your billing dashboard and select the new interval. The change applies at the start of your next billing period. Any balance from the current period is credited proportionally so you are not charged for time you have already paid for.Cancel your subscription
To cancel, open the billing dashboard and click Cancel subscription. Cancellation does not cut off access immediately — your Professional features stay active through the end of the period you paid for. After that date, the account moves to the free plan automatically.Payment methods
Add a card
Open the billing dashboard and click Add payment method. The Stripe secure form handles card entry — Video Downloader Plus never sees or stores raw card numbers. Once added, the card is saved and available for future charges.Set a default card
If you have more than one card on file, click the card you want to use going forward. All upcoming subscription renewals and charges will route to the default card.Remove a card
Any card that is not currently set as the default can be removed. Click the remove button next to it. You cannot remove the active default card while a subscription is running — set a different card as default first.Invoices
Every charge generates an invoice in your billing dashboard. Each entry shows:- Invoice number and issue date
- Plan name and the billing period it covers
- Total amount charged
- Payment method used for that charge
- A link to download the PDF receipt
